Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered.

Everything you may want to know before we meet.

Do you let exclusively?

In principle, yes. We prefer to let your chalet exclusively, so that presentation, guests and service stay in one pair of hands. That allows us to deliver the quality we stand for.

My chalet is already let through another agency and still has availability. Is that possible?

In some cases, yes. If your chalet is not committed exclusively to that party and there is still room in the occupancy, we can help improve it and include your chalet in our carefully curated selection. We look at each chalet individually to see whether it is a good fit.

Do you also offer your services separately?

We are always happy to talk. We see a collaboration as a single whole: rental and special extras belong together. That is why we prefer to work this way.

Which chalets do you take on?

We deliberately work with a limited number of exceptional chalets. Feel free to send us photos of your chalet and its interior. If it fits the Alpine Luxury Stays concept, we will discuss it with you in conversation and during a visit.

Can I use my chalet myself?

Yes. You decide when you stay and book your stays through the owner portal.

How do I stay informed?

In the owner portal you can see your bookings, occupancy and revenue.

Which regions are you active in?

In and around Zell am See, with chalets in surrounding ski areas such as Dienten, Maria Alm, Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Leogang, Kaprun and Kitzbühel. We are open to other locations in the Alps.

What happens in the event of damage or problems during a stay?

We deal with it straight away. We document the situation, agree the solution with you and have repairs carried out by trusted professionals.

What about registration, tourist tax and local rules?

We handle guest registration and tourist tax and guide you through local rules and administration. We discuss which obligations apply to your chalet in our introductory conversation. For tax and insurance questions, we recommend consulting your own adviser as well.

How long does the collaboration run?

We discuss that personally, to suit your situation.

Which guests will stay in my chalet?

We welcome guests who value quality and, where possible, contact them personally before they arrive. Discretion, for you and your guests, comes first.

Can I leave my own belongings in the chalet?

Yes, personal belongings and art can stay. We recommend a lockable space for anything you prefer to keep separate.

How does the collaboration begin?

With a no-obligation, confidential conversation. After that we visit your chalet in person and you receive a tailored proposal.
